Returns and Refund Policy

At Dirty Laundry, we’re dedicated to delivering products of the highest quality. While we design each item with care, we rely on trusted manufacturers to bring our designs to life. If you're unhappy with your purchase, we sincerely apologize and aim to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, email us at dirtylaundry2002@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Instructions for sending back your item will be provided.
  3. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

International Returns:
If you are returning items from outside New Zealand, please be aware that shipping times may take longer.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at dirtylaundry2002@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a solution, whether that involves a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at dirtylaundry2002@gmail.com.
